Staff were caring and respectful when supporting people with their care. However, people’s right to confidentiality of their information was not always respected by the registered manager.

People were treated with dignity and respect by the staff who supported them. One relative told us, “The staff are caring, and they treat us all with respect.” However, because the registered manager had allowed an unauthorised person access to confidential information, people could not be assured of the privacy and confidentiality of their information.
