During a routine inspection
We found people's care and support were delivered according to thorough and individualised assessments and plans. Staff ensured people consented before support was provided and were aware of their responsibilities if people did not have the capacity to give consent. Care workers were supported to provide care to the required standard by an effective system of appraisals and supervision. Appropriate training was available to staff and they were encouraged to study for relevant qualifications. Systems were in place to assess and monitor the quality of the service provided.
