During a routine inspection
Care records were person centred, well written and regularly reviewed. The person we met told us they had been "totally involved" in their care plans and said they were "happy to be asked".
Staff told us that they felt well supported by the provider, the manager and their colleagues. One staff was new to the service and told us "My induction is very good, it's giving me all the information and confidence I need".
Staff training was relevant and varied. One staff told us "we get anything we need to help us support people properly".
The person we met told us they felt safe at this service. Staff received regular updates in safeguarding, and told us they were confident to raise concerns if anything arose.
The service had a system that measured quality and looked for feedback to make improvements where possible.
