During a routine inspection
People we spoke with told us of their satisfaction with the service they or their relative received. One person told us that getting in touch with Home With You Limited was the 'best thing I ever did', and one relative said 'they have been brilliant they really have'.
People told us they were supported to make their own decisions in regard to the care delivered, for example one person told us 'when [the person delivering the care] comes they ask what I want, sometimes I have a list'.
An assessment of people's needs was undertaken and care was planned and delivered to meet people's individual needs. One person said 'the registered manager came and visited, and took full notes about what was wanted'.
People told us they felt safe. People's relatives told us they felt their relatives were safe, one relative said 'I know [they] are safe'.
The provider had effective recruitment and selection processes in place. We saw recruitment records, and we spoke with a care worker who told us about their recruitment process.
The provider had procedures and processes in place to regularly quality assure the service that people received. People we spoke with felt they had opportunities to feedback and comment or complain should they need to about the service provided.
