Our view of the service

During our assessment, we found concerns around how the practice delivered the governance processes within the practice which resulted in breaches of Regulation 17 (Good governance) of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014. People's experience of this service

Overall patients had mainly positive experiences of the service. There was consistent feedback that demonstrated the staff were caring.
