Salisbury Avenue Healthcare is a GP practice providing various primary medical services. It is registered with the Care Quality Commission under the Health and Social Care Act 2008 to provide the following regulated activities: diagnostic and screening procedures, family planning, midwifery and maternity services, surgical procedures, and treatment of disease, disorder, or injury. We conducted a remote assessment on 17 March 2024 and an on-site visit on 18 March 2024 to follow up on the breaches of regulation identified at the previous inspection, which took place between December 2022 and January 2023. During this assessment, we found that the practice had taken action to address previous concerns, which led to improvements in all key questions. All evidence categories achieved a scoring of 3, except 'processes' in the safe and effective staffing quality statement, and 'outcomes' in the monitoring outcomes quality statement, which were scored 2 due to the areas for improvement noted.
