During an inspection in response to concerns
We saw that people’s support needs were clearly identified and risk assessments were in place. We saw that care and support was planned in a way that was intended to ensure people's safety and welfare. One person told us, "I’m pleased with the care that I feel safe, staff look after me very well."
We found that people were given their medicines as they had been prescribed by their doctor to ensure their health and wellbeing.
We saw that the provider had robust recruitment systems in place so that only staff suitable to work with vulnerable people were employed.
We found that the provider had systems in place to support staff to enable them to provide care and support that meet people's needs and keep them safe. One relative told us, "Staff are very good at what they do."
We found that people were asked for their views about the care and people were listened to. The provider had a system in place to ensure the quality of service provision.
