Our view of the service
Choices Healthcare Limited is a domiciliary care agency providing personal care for people living in their own homes in the community. The service provides care to older people, those living with dementia, physical disabilities and sensory impairments. This assessment was undertaken remotely and started on 17 January 2024 and ended on 14 February 2024. At the time of this assessment 104 people were being supported with personal care at the service. The last rating for this service was requires improvement (published 15 February 2023) and there were breaches of regulation. The provider completed an action plan after the last inspection to show what they would do and by when to improve. At this assessment we found improvements had been made and the provider was no longer in breach of regulations. People's experience of this service
People felt safe and felt confident to raise any concerns. People were involved in planning their care and were regularly asked for feedback to help the management team improve the quality of service provided.
