During a routine inspection
We spoke with patients and nursing and clinical support staff.
Patients told us they had no complaints about the service. They described staff as; 'Very obliging and very helpful'. Patients told us that staff were very good at explaining the treatment to them. They told us that staff always treated them in a respectful and dignified way.
We found that both nursing staff and clinical support staff were trained and supported when treating and caring for patients.
We found that the trust had a number of systems and measures in place to assess the quality of treatment and care provided. This ensured good outcomes for patients who used the service.
