During a routine inspection
We found that people were involved in decisions which were made related to their care and their privacy and dignity was respected. People's care and support needs were appropriately assessed and their care was planned. We concluded that they received care safely, and to an appropriate standard.
We saw that people were comfortable in the presence of the staff who cared for them. People told us they felt safe and we found that staff were aware of their responsibilities in relation to protecting people from harm or abuse. Staff were well supported and trained appropriately in order to deliver care safely. In addition, staff had opportunities for continued professional development.
The service had adequate systems in place to monitor the quality of the service that it provided.
