During a routine inspection
We found that people's privacy and dignity was respected.
People's care and support needs were appropriately assessed and their care was planned. We concluded that they received care safely, and to an appropriate standard.
We saw that people were comfortable in the presence of the staff who cared for them. People told us they felt safe and we found that staff were aware of their responsibilities in relation to protecting people from harm or abuse.
There were sufficient numbers of suitably qualified, skilled and experienced staff on duty to meet people's needs and safeguard their health, safety and welfare.
We saw the provider had a complaints policy and procedure in place which demonstrated they sought to listen to people's complaints and resolve them wherever possible.
