During a routine inspection
People were treated with respect and were involved in making choices about their care and treatment. They were supported to maintain their independence.
We saw people were provided with appropriate care and support to suit their needs. Their individual records contained appropriate information about the support provided. Records of assessments and care provided were detailed and up to date.
The accommodation was well maintained, clean and comfortable. There was evidence of good maintenance systems and cleaning schedules were in place.
Staff were well supported by the provider and had appropriate opportunities to access training relevant to their roles.
People were given information about the provider's complaints procedures and felt their comments and complaints were listened to and acted on.
