During a routine inspection
We saw records contained appropriate information about the support provided to individuals. Records of assessments and care provided were detailed and up to date. People were treated with respect and were involved in making choices about their care and treatment. They were supported to maintain their independence.
The premises were clean, comfortable and warm. The provider had taken steps to provide care in an environment that was suitably designed and well maintained.
Staff were well supported by the provider and had appropriate opportunities to access training relevant to their roles.
People were given information about the provider's complaints procedures and this was provided in a format that met their needs. They felt their comments and complaints were listened to and acted on.
