Responsive
People were at the centre of their care and support. Staff knew them well and regularly obtained feedback to ensure all care needs were met. The culture of the provider was open and transparent. People and their relatives felt able to raise any issues or concerns.

Equity in experiences and outcomes
People told us they were involved in their care planning. They said their care plans were updated following changes to their needs.
The provider used an electronic system that incorporated peoples life history into their care planning. They completed assessments before people started having support with them. This process put equal emphasis on peoples needs and wishes which ensured a holistic approach to care. The provider sought feedback from people to ensure they were happy with their care.
Staff told us how they work with people to meet their needs. Staff demonstrated knowledge about discrimination and how they would report it.
