During an assessment under our new approach
The service has been rated good following this assessment. We have assessed the service against ‘Right Support, right care, right culture’ guidance to make judgement about whether the provider guaranteed people with a learning disability and autistic people respect, equality, dignity, choices, independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted.
Staff felt well supported and had received appropriate training. There were policies and procedures in place in relation to safeguarding and whistleblowing. The quality assurance systems in place were proportional to the size of the service. There were plans in place to further develop and expand the service.
