Date of assessment 22 May 2024 to 5 June 2024. The assessment was prompted in part by information shared with CQC that indicated potential concerns about the responsiveness of the service to meet people’s needs. The practice was fully supportive of the assessment, which examined those risks and did not identify any breaches of regulations.
