Date of Assessment: We assessed this service from 26th July to 7th August 2024 We assessed this service because although the service was assessed in 2017 it had not been rated. We inspected all the quality statements across the safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led key questions. 360 Care Limited provides a non-obstetric ultrasound service and guided steroid injections in a primary care health centre within the community. The site is easily accessible and provides a responsive service to the local GP services. The service employs a Consultant Radiologist from the local NHS Trust to undertake the guided steroid injections, this element of the service is due to end at the end of November 2024.
