During this assessment, we identified breaches regarding safe care and treatment and good governance. In instances where CQC have decided to take civil or criminal enforcement action against a provider, we will publish this information on our website after any representations and/ or appeals have been concluded.
People's experience of this service
People told us they felt safe, and staff supported them well. Relatives said staff were well trained and skilled in carrying out their role. People told us the provider was approachable and felt their concerns were listened to. We found the quality-of-care records were not always consistent, but this did not affect the quality of care people received. Relatives provided positive feedback about the care received by their loved ones. People were being supported by a regular staff team and relatives told us staff knew people well and were highly complementary of the care people received.
