Caring
Staff were supported by the management to understand the vision for the service. The service had a homely, relaxed feel. Staff were supported well and therefore put everything into the care they provided for people. People felt staff knew them well and were kind.

Robust recruitment and staff well being policies and procedures were in place. Access to support both inside and outside of the home were available. There was an open culture, staff and managers felt comfortable supporting each other for the good of the people they support.
Staff told us they were supported by the registered manager and the provider. One staff member told us, “I love my job, I get on with everyone.” Another staff member said, “This is the best home I have worked in; we feel supported.” The registered manager told us it was important to work as a team and they were confident the team was happy and worked well together.
