Responsive – this means we looked for evidence that the service met people’s needs. This is the first inspection for this newly registered service. The person said the service met their needs. The provider gathered feedback and arranged regular spot checks of care to ensure it that it was of high quality.

Person-centred Care
The person told us that staff asked them everything about their care and support and wrote it down. They said that staff spoke to them and came to review the care.
The Nominated Individual told us, “The core values are working with them and not for them” and all staff were trained in person centred care. A staff member said, “I will respect people’s culture and religion, I am going to treat everyone as an individual."
