Staff and leaders actively listened to information about people who are most likely to experience inequality in experience or outcomes and tailored their care, support and treatment in response to this. People told us they were happy with staff support. We observed many affectionate and kind interactions between people and staff. Staff had access to various ways of raising concerns about treatment which was against their values. Staff training, support and spot checks meant staff were consistently reminded of their responsibilities when providing care for people. Staff told us they would provide care and support for people regardless of their background. Individuality was the core of the service and underpinned all policies and practices. People’s goals and intended outcomes were clear. A member of staff told us, “I very happy with them. The company's mission aligns my personal values and motivates me to do my best work.”
