Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion. One patient told us, “[The principal dentist] is the most caring and expert dentist I have ever known. They completely put you at ease.” Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate. Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected. We observed 4 patient feedback forms which had been collected by the practice. The feedback was complimentary about the service. Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.
