Caring
We found that people had a positive experience of the care provided by the service. Where people needed emotional support staff were able to provide this. People received care which maintained their dignity

Kindness, compassion and dignity
People and their relatives told us they were treated kindly and with compassion and dignity. Staff were sensitive to people’s experience of care. People said “they never make you feel embarrassed.” And “the carers are very kind. They treat me right.”
Staff told us how they maintained people's dignity while supporting them. They spoke of the people they supported with kindness and compassion.
Partners who commissioned services told us they had carried out quality monitoring with the service. They had not identified any concerns around the kindness and compassion of staff.
