We reviewed people’s feedback which was collected by the service. People felt the treatments offered by the service supported their recovery.

Leaders and staff told us how pre-assessments were completed with people, which helped to shape the care and support they received.

Systems and processes were in place and utilised to ensure people’s needs were identified. This allowed appropriate treatment and best practice to be considered to support people’s recovery. Treatment was in line with National Institute for Health and Care Excellence guidance as well as The Clinical Guidelines on Drug misuse 2017 'The orange book '.
