Responsive
We reviewed the equity in experience and outcomes. People using the service told us staff treated them fairly and equally. Risk management plans reflected the diverse needs of people, and showed pathways of care available to facilitate successful discharge.

Equity in access
Equity in experiences and outcomes
We reviewed post treatment feedback collected by the service which evidence people’s positive views of the treatment available. Feedback showed people felt treatment and care was tailored to their individual needs, and they were involved in planning how treatment would be delivered. Opportunities to work with an advocate were available when required to ensure people’s voices were heard.
Staff and leaders told us they ensured people with specific needs were able to receive adjustments to their care needs. Staff gave an example how reasonable adjustments had been made to make accessibility easier for clients with accessing bathrooms.
