Responsive
We reviewed the equity in experience and outcomes. People using the service told us staff treated them fairly and equally. Risk management plans reflected the diverse needs of peoples, and showed treatment pathways available which would facilitate a successful discharge.

Equity in experiences and outcomes
Post treatment feedback sought from the provider showed overwhelmingly positive responses from those who used the service. People’s care needs were identified and the treatment provided was adjusted to meet their individual needs. People were able to access an advocacy service if they felt they needed independent support to share their views and opinions on their treatment.
Staff and leaders explained how people with specific needs were able to receive adjustments to their care. Staff gave examples of a person with issues eating, the service bought in specific nutritional products to ensure they were able remain in the service to complete their treatment as a result.
