The care and treatment people received was good. The quality of the care and treatment delivered, people told us was second to none. People were treated with kindness, compassion and dignity. Where improvements were needed to ensure people received good care and treatment we found these improvements were made.

Responding to people’s immediate needs
People told us that the service has always been good as to the care and treatment provided by clinicians. We were told while there has been concerns in the past, over recent months there had been an improvement. The practice had developed a new triaging system to enable people to be directed to more appropriate healthcare professionals within the practice rather than just a GP. People told us this was working well and that the practice had excellent clinicians.
