Responsive
Responsive – this means we looked for evidence that the provider met people’s needs. At our last assessment we rated this key question good. At this assessment the rating has remained Good. This meant people’s needs were met through good organisation and delivery. People’s care, treatment, and support promoted equality, removed barriers, and protected their rights. People were encouraged to give their views to improve the care they received. Staff received training on equality, diversity, and inclusion to help them understand equality, and identify/address discrimination. We did not assess all the quality statements within this key question. We did not identify concerns relating to these areas which we judged as being met at our last inspection.
