Our view of the service
Date of assessment: 16 October 2024 to 21 November 2024. As part of our assessment methodology for people with a learning disability and autistic people, we assess if services are meeting the Right Support, Right Care, Right Culture (RSRCRC) statutory guidance. This includes: Right support: Model of care and setting maximises people's choice, control, and independence. Right care: Care is person-centred and promotes people's dignity, privacy, and human rights. Right culture: Ethos, values, attitudes and behaviours of leaders and care staff ensure people using services lead confident, inclusive, and empowered lives. During this assessment we reviewed the quality statements, Safeguarding, Involving people to manage risk, Safe and effective staffing, Assessing needs, Consent to care, Independence choice and control, Person centred care, Equity in experience and outcomes, Governance management and sustainability and Learning and improvement. We found the service supported people well and has been rated as ‘Good’ in all the quality statements we reviewed.

One relative said, ‘‘[Service] is such a wonderful place to be and [family member] is so happy there. They have found their home.’’
